Jeremy C. Touart, CPA
PARTNER
Jeremy Touart is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, most notably as a tax specialist. He has also served as a fractional CFO. Jeremy’s tax expertise has served various businesses in the professional services, law firms, medical practices, construction, real estate and hospitality industries.
He graduated from Auburn University in 2000 and, later, added an Accounting degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2003. Jeremy has previously served on various philanthropic boards.
Jeremy is an avid Auburn fan, snow skier and soaks up all that New Orleans has to offer with his wife, Kelly, and beloved Shih-Tzu’s, Beignet and Muffy.
Seth H. McCoin
PARTNER
Seth McCoin has a wealth of experience. He has worked in various industries as an accountant for over 17 years. Seth attended Auburn University and Graduated from the University of Memphis in 2002. He later returned to complete a second degree in Accounting at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2007.
Seth is a small business expert and fractional CFO. No challenge is too great for him; he has the experience and know-how to help any business succeed.
Seth lives in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife Elizabeth and their twins Virginia and Coleman, and Boykin Spaniels, Duchess, and Dash. He serves on the Junior Board of Visitors for the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing and contributes to the Boy Scouts of America as a Cub Master for Pack 63.
